Hi All;
I have a production server (win 2003 server) where I host my work in progress for clients to access and view. Some clients have complained about security so I have tried to implement security on each of my client folders in iis.
I found a site that says I should disable anonymous access to the folder I wish to secure via IIS, and then create a new user and give them view/execute rights on that folder.
This worked fine, however I have now noticed that if I log in to one account/folder, I then have the ability to log onto the rest. :-( Which kind of makes sense.
What is the best way I should go about securing each folder individually and granting access to specific users only?
I have quite a few folders, so looking for the best and fastest way possible.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!
Regards;
