I want to setup ISA server at home to share the internet to my pc's. I am not security concious at the moment so have installed win2k and isa server and opened everything, packet filtering and routing is enabled, web proxy works fine on my clients but I want to give them full access to all protocols, I have added the servers internal ip as my clients gateway and have tryed to ping servers on the internet by ip address and get no reply, if i ping server by name it resolves the name to ip but get no reply. Tracert to a server gives me the first hop to my Isa server but nothing after. I checked the logs and when i tried to ping google.com from my client I got this:

#Software: Microsoft(R) Internet Security and Acceleration Server 2000
#Version: 1.0
#Date: 2003-05-29 10:33:29
#Fields: date time source-ip destination-ip protocol param#1 param#2 filter-rule interface

2003-05-29 10:35:12 10.0.0.10 216.239.33.100 ICMP 8 0 BLOCKED Dialout
2003-05-29 10:35:17 10.0.0.10 216.239.33.100 ICMP 8 0 BLOCKED Dialout
2003-05-29 10:35:22 10.0.0.10 216.239.33.100 ICMP 8 0 BLOCKED Dialout

So something is blocking? any ideas? 10.0.0.10 is my client.

My packet filter is:

Name Mode Description Filter type Local computer Remote computer Protocol Direction Local Port Remote Port ICMP Type ICMP code
All Allow Custom filter Default external IP address Any Any Both
