Hi,

We have secure login installed which automates the login into our Livelink system. One user is getting "subscript out of range" messages which makes the automatic login process fail. The user is able to login manually by typing her name and password in the secure login box. Any ideas as to why secure login is failing?

will you put a break into the call using builder. The login script is usually under the ospace webll and you should find an execute method inside the object login if it is not a customized deal.Otherwise you could put debug=11 and wantlogs=true in your opentext.ini and send it to OT supports and they are bound to help you.also probably in your case since it is failing it probably has genearted a trace file you could try it.Is this happening only to some users or is the secure login completely broke

Always acknowledge a fault. This will throw those in authority off their guard and give you an opportunity to commit more.
