At the risk of sounding like a complete moron, my very basic question is, does CSG need an external (WWW) Ip address in conjunction with the NFuse logon server?

And if they both need an IP addy which one should they contact first? The Logon server?

I would have assumed that they would contact the GAteway server which would then forward onto the NFuse server??

Any suggestions appreciated. Sorry for the stupid question :-)
Regards

James

It's not really a stupid question, but with this level of knowledge, i would advise you to get an expert for a day, to set it up correct for you. It will be worth the money.

With CSG 2.0, you only need 1 external IP, and 1 ssl certificate.
The user first hits the WI logonpage, which does the validation, and then the CSG takes over.
You can run it allon 1 server, in your DMZ.

anyone know if the server has to be in the domain if it's in the dmz? or does it really matter? Seems like no.. but not sure.... Citrix docs really do not point it out.
