Can someone assist me in the correct way to program a secretary phone to ring the presidents DID line simultaneously 4 times, if not answered by secretarty the caller goes into presidents voicemail.

In button programming, go to appearance, and put either a coverage appearance for his extension on her phone (this will allow her to answer 1 call at a time) or put bridged appearances of his actual 3 call appearances on her phone.
