Secretary getting Reminders from Bosses calendar

Have a Secretary who views the Boss calendar through public folder on an Exchange 5.5 box. Is their any way for the secretary to receive the reminders that the Boss has set on his calendar?
The client is outlook 2002.
Any info would be appreciated.

dont think you can do this only as meeting request and the secretary is invited

How about she creates the meetings in her calendar (hence she is meeting organiser), and then just invites the other people who really need to be at the meeting?
