second generation VWIC

Hi,
any tip how to access / configure second generation of VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1 on 1841, IOS 12.4.(8b) ?

Previus generation card (VWIC-1MFT-T1/E1) was accessable by:
controller E1 0
framing NO-CRC4
channel-group 0 timeslots 1-6

With new card inserted, I can not issue controller command, it must be some other way to access it.

i think you have to tell the router what controller you will use..

Router(config)# card type {t1 | e1} subslot


Sets or changes the card type to support either T1 (t1) or E1 (e1) circuits.

•subslot Specifies the VWIC slot number. Range can be 0 to 3, depending on host module or platform.

•When the command is used for the first time, the configuration takes effect immediately.

•A subsequent change in the card type will not take effect unless you enter the reload command or reboot the router.
