I have two 2003 AD domain controllers, one is DHCP,DNS,Fileserver. one is our exchange box.
I want to add DNS to our exchange server for failover and to MAYBE make our mail DNS lookup faster. What would be the easist way to do this and should I be concerned about anything?

Thanks

Nothing to worry about no.

Install/configure DNS services on your second server, have it point it's root dns server to your main server. That's it. :)
