second call on a 3641/3645??

I have an IPO SE 9.0 with 90+ 3641s or 3645s. When the 3645 is on a call and receives a second call a faint "doot doot" is heard in the users ear. There is no additional notification besides the display showing the call. Is there any way to makes this sound louder or repeated or adjusted in some way?
