Hey again,

Mext question. Forgive my ignorance but have been away from this for a couple of years. Client currently has an auto attendant on Meridian Mail (13 I believe on Option 11C). Auto attendant obviously picks up on the main set of numbers. Now the client has leased part of the building to another company, gave them a block of DID"S and one number that is copper (I think) which is considered to be the main number for this new company. Meridian mail currently works on this number as basic voice mail but they want this number to be answered by an auto attendant with a recorded voice, with directory listings, department prompts, etc... I would assume this is very doable?

I would have the Copper trunk point to the First DID that is assigned to them. with the copper trunk as it is, it will only beable to receive 1 call at a time, port it to the PRI and they will have as many as they have call paths for the copper trunk. Point the 1st DID the MM App and have a Menu to select from.

yes, you can have as many menu's in mail as you could possibly need... ace is right, if a comapny is going into business and depends on a copper trunk as there lifeline... good luck...

if you'll search some of the old post here, adding a 2nd menu service is detailed a lot.. i have cp now so my mermail commands are a little rusty..
