SECC question

I have setup a new cdn on the switch aquired it on symposium created new skillset, set the assignments and aquired the route but when I call the number it goes stright to voicemail. What have I missed ( I am a complete novice with symposium)
 
what kind of version of secc/sccs are you running

cdn acquired?
cdn connected skillsets?
agents in skillsets?
phonesets aquired?

Have you defined a Call Treatment?
Have you gone into Call Routing and associated that Call Treatment and the skillset with your new CDN?

Have had this before - It took BT to sort, said it was SECC being picky (Basically the guy didn't quite know what he did to sort & I'd got sick of tearing my hair out over it !!!!) was to do with licence limits !!!!

Put a call in & save the hair :-)
