I wanted to know if/how its possible if I was running a search form and instead of seraching by a specific field like "Equipment" or the like search by "quip" or "ment".

Use the asterisk (*) before and after the search string you are entering!

Just so there is no mistaking. You also need to use the keyword Like: Like "*equip*"

thanks, Ive tried it and it works, I thought I would have to do some coding but no, as well you can use the ? such as eq??p. Thanks guys.
