Hi everyone

This is a strange one but here goes. Have searched high and low without anything suitable.

I have made an internal website (Intranet) through microsoft word and saving each page as a webpage. These also have hyperlinks off to documents (pdf, word and excel) through our folders.

I have made the system in word so it will be easy for any dumb person to come a long an update rather than having to understand any techincal design stuff.

What we really want for the intranet is a search function that we can quickly just type in something we are searching for and it will show us a list of options with hyperlinks as to where they are on the system and then we click and it opens up.

.e.g. Looking for a company letter template so go to the search type "letter" and press search. Up pops 3 options of where letter templates might be.

If there needs to be some html coding then thats fine I can cope with that but all the ones I have seen either need a server or wbe hosting to run or only search for the pages and not the files (word, excel pdf) as well.

Thanks in advance for your help.
