Search for record in subform

I have a form containing a subform.

I would like to be able to press a search button...a small data entry form opens up...type in the name I would like to locate...press find...and that record to open up based on the input.

However, some names are duplicated but have different information. This means I would have to do a search based on a couple of criteria.

What can I do?!
