Search Exchange db for specific recip

Here is the scenario.

I have been asked to search my exchange server for a known recipient not in my domain but is being sent information from my server. No logging is enabled


Does anyone know of a utility that will search the database at the server?

Pretty sure Exmerge can do something like this for you, as long as the message(s) in question are still in the IS.
