Im creating a database for a council, a knowledge base for their call centre and front desks.
They want to be able to search for Cats(and many other things) for example - and a list of various cat topics would come up (e.g Cat registration, cat wandering) and the people they should contact regarding each topic.
As a beginner to Access, SQL (and databases in general) Im unsure how to structure this search.
I have created a contacts table and a services table. The relationship between the two is the primary key of contacts (contact_ID).
Sorry for being such a beginner but I just cant find any really good Access resources on the net? Anyone suggest any?
Oh and please note I have to use Access 97 because they haven't upgraded yet...
