A colleague of mine uses a very large spreadsheet with many worksheets to it.

Finding things can take a long time, as currently, they use the Ctrl+F function to find data. This only seems to work on that particular worksheet.

Is there a way to search accross an entire workbook?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, in the Find dialog, change the "Within" to "Workbook"

If 'something' 'somewhere' gives 'some' error, expect random guesses or no replies at all. Please specify details.

If you have XP (or higher), there is an option in the FIND dialog box to search the entire workbook - otherwise, it'll be creating the code to do it and attaching it to a toolbar button or in the PERSONAL.xls
