seagate tape drive driver?

I have an IBM NetFinity 5100 win2k server installed. Suddenly my tape drive driver has been removed. Now when I am trying to add new hardware then windows is asking that he don't have any driver for this device.

I think the driver library has been corrupted. Now can any body tell me where from I can download driver for seagate dds4 tape drive 20/40 GB.
