SDRAM for NTDW61

I have a few NTDW61 with no good SDRAM. The original 200 pin SODIMM is MT18VDDF12872HG-335F1 or AVK7228U52C5333K-AP I cannot find both of them or the price is in the sky. Any ideas about a good source or a good replacement. I found some Kingstone but they are 64bit not ECC and the original is 72bits ECC. Thanks David
