I'm going to ug grade the IOS to 12.3 on my 2620 not XM then try to run SDM from a work station. Anyone had luck with this?

It will not work. You need an XM.

Yes I got not compatable when trying to install on the router. But when I ran it off the router from workstaion the xml blewup. I got a login though.
