wanted to know is there a way to save all my settings (AVPs, Trusts,etc) so when I upgrade to the SDM 7.1 I dont have to manually redo everything again?

I don't think the Windows SDM Clinet has a way to back up and restore its data. Probably SMGR/SDM does. I think it is stored in a postgres database so it may be possible to do if you wanted to mess around with that.

One of the major shortcomings of the product. You may also want to uninstall then empty out the directory structure. The client does not clear out the files after it attempts an upgrade. Not sure on install.
