sdat4248.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows.

Maybe wait 3 or 4 days until sdat4249. If multiple clients are having trouble with this update when they never did before, I would suspect a problem with the installer (It wouldn't be the first time, btw). You could also try installing just the dat file instead of superdat (which contains the scan engine). What version/scan engine are you running now?
