Is there a probe-scsi equivilent in the OS? Running Solaris 7 and would like to take a look at all tapes without taking system down.

drvconfig (look for the path)
tapes (look for the path)
#foreach tape you expect
mt -f /dev/rmt/$tape status (check the syntax)
