Scrubbing/Removing File Created/Modified/Accessed dates 2

Is there a way to remove and / or get rid of the file accessed and created dates that are stored with files? I'm trying to burn a sensitive CD, and I can't have any dates associated with it.

Is there a way to get rid of the dates?
