scrolling problem

I have two mdi child windows, tiled horizontally, each with their own web browser. However it only displays a portion of the web site, how do i scroll down these, couldnt get vertical scrollbar to work but do i have to modify the scrollbar in any way - e.g. the scroll event? (i just docked it to the right). What size should I set my web browser on each to t ofill up as much of the screen as possible (except for the tooldbars on the top of each child window)
