Hi,
I know this has been discussed in the Citrix Users Forums, but there are no definite answers that I found so I thought I'd ask this community.
When my users connect to Excel on my NT4 TSE, MF 1.8 server (IBM eServer 1G ram, 1 x 1.4gz P3) and they scroll down or sideways, then Excel goes far beyond where they intend to go. It just goes wild, as if the server was way too fast in serving the request and the client not fast enought to display it before it's too late. I have this problem on my older client workstation (less than 300mhz), mine is running fine at 400mhz.
The Forum suggested to look at the following:
-Disable feedback with animation in Excel: done
-Disable Compression in my Application set: done
-Changing the mouse motion to the slowest: done
-Client setup not to use the bitmap cache: done
-Try using a desktop instead of published apps: done
-No mouse queuing in the client: done
-In Internet Explorer, disable Smooth Scrolling: done
-Disable ICA Data compression: done
-Use the RDP client: Done
All these didn't solve my problem.
Anyone has any answers for me please?
Thanks!
