ScrollableFrame Help

Hello Friends,
I found the ScrollableFrame widget(Mega-Widget).
But I am not able to use it properly.
I have to add
1.A ruler
2.A canvas
I need to have the two scrollbars also.
I want the functonality of the Scrollbars in such a way that If I scroll the Frame the need to scroll the canvas along with the the scrolling of the ruler.
I have developed how to add Ruler.
If U have any Idea please Help me.
