Scrollable text box

I'm trying to get my text into a scrollable text box. I have found a few scripts, but none that quite achieves what I want. I want the text to be in a seperate text box, with a scroll bar on the right hand side and not the bottom, but I also want a small indent on the left and the right, so the texts not tight against the scrollbar. Any one have any ideas??

the "FRAMES" or "Iframes"
