Scroll Bar Question

Hi there,

Im kind of new to Flash Mx.
Im trying to use an internal component (Scroll Bar)

Ive got quite alot of text that I would like to present on stage by using a scroll bar.
How do I make this component work?....I can scroll left and right but I would like to scroll up and down.
