Script to Stop & Start Services

Please I need a batch file that will either start or stop all Windows services on a W2k box that begin with the string ‘FTM’. I know I can use the net stop and start commands. The only difference here is that when I run this program I might not know which services are running on the box.

The services starting with FTM could have the following names

FTM-ABS-ED
ftm abo er

ftm-as Tres
