Script to make a volume and notify when finished?

I can use dsmadmc to define the volume just fine, but I want to figure how long it takes to create a DISK volume of 100GB and notify when it is finished.

Is there a way to do that?

I actually figured it out myself. I forgot about wait=yes, so in my script I can use wait=yes and wait for return code then do something. :)
