script to activate Internet Connectivity sharing at 04:00

I want a sample script to start Internet Connectivity sharing at 04:00 and stop at 05:00 Please some one help. I have Internet Connectivity sharing(Using Dial up modem) on my network through a Windows 2000 Prof workstation and my users are pushin phone bills high I want to limit them.
