Scribble Tutorial (CONTROLS Toolbar not displayed) : Visual C++ 6.0

I am currently doing the Scribble tutorial provided with Visual C++ version 6.0 but am stuck in the "Add the Controls" section. How can I display the Controls toolbar? A snapshop of the CONTROLS toolbar is shown in the bottom right-hand corner of the figure at the link below.

If you have the resource editor open; right-click the toolbar. There will be a Controls entry in there, which you should check.
