ScreenSaver & AIM Question

I am running XP Pro and AIM version 5.5.3501 when I put an away message and when my screen saver comes on (password protected) I enter my password and I have access to my desktop, but for some reason it keeps taking down my away message..

Has anyone else had this problem??? I have never had this problem before, Im thinking it may be the current release of AIM that I am using...

Is that a beta version of AIM you are running? Contacting their Help and Support may be the way to go.
