Has anyone else encountered this little annoyance? It occurs when you return to your computer after the screen saver (of any sort) has been activated...2 or 3 blank buttons are left in the control bar at the bottom of the screen. When you click on them, they disappear. No big deal, just a pain in the ass. How can I stop them? Is it a bug in the particular screen saver I have? Same thing happens to a buddy of mine.

u could get winboost 2000 and change the size of your icon cache

hi guldan,
can you access icon cache without using winboost 2000? and how? thanks

When you say the controll bar, are you refering to the start bar?
E-mail me if you know of any little known events and/or methods, etc.

Guessing from your handle, I believe this is a problem caused by AutoCad. I just installed AutoCad LT 2002 for my husband, and the same thing is happening - only the boxes don't close.
