How do you make a web page look good at any screen resolution?

Hi,

If you will make your page for users with 800x600 and 1024x768 or higher you can use "width= ...%" (max 100% for total width) for your tables or frames.

Most people don't. Look at this site for example. Or most search engine sites. It just isn't worth all the heartache unless you have simple table-based layout, and even then you end up with quite a mess unless you resize fonts and images and such.
