Screen Pop Based on DID Number 1

I am trying to find a way to pop a greeting screen for our operators that will provide a customized greeting and call handling instructions based on number(DID) the caller dialed. Calls are routed using hunt groups.

All opeartors use Phone Manager Pro.

Our system is a 406 with VM Pro and Compact Call Center.

Has anyone done something like this?
 
Using dedicated software and TAPI will work.
I've done this way back on the AVAYA INDeX.
 
Phone Manager Pro can screen pop based on DDI (from the docs):

Select Start and then Run.

Enter regedit and click OK.

Within the left-hand panel, open the path:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Avaya/IP400/PhoneManager.

Right-click on the right-hand panel and select New DWord.

Change the name to PopOnDDI.

Double-click PopOnDDI.

Change Value data: to 1 and click OK.

Close the Registry Editor.


This works on ACT, Goldmine and Maximiser, but not Outlook.
