I have a windows 2000 pro machine that recently had a virus. Norton Antivirus found it, and quaranteened it (a trojan) and it was deleted. Now, every time I try to install software, the screen goes blank. I was able to run w2k sp3 in safe mode. I have tried to run sfc, but again, the screen goes blank durring the process. Any help would be appreciated.
