I recently downgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 7, doing a clean install. After re-installing my Paint Shop Pro X2, I attempted to use PSP Screen Capture, and it did not work.
Can anyone tell me why it worked in Windows 10, but does not work in Windows 7? I have run Paint Shop Pro in the compatibility mode with no success.
