SCN with FortiClient VPN issues

Hi,

I have an issue with SCN in a Forticlient VPN,

The SCN doens't work. This problem occurs aleatory and then we need to reboot the IPO´s,

the Forticlient technician told me that the ports UPD/TCP and firewall works fine,

how can I show for them the problem occurs in his routers?

IPO500 V2 9.0.7.0 build 983 in all 3 sites,

If you need to show, then wireshark on both ends of VPN will tell the tale.

have you disabled the session helpers in the fortigate?

I don´t have access to the Fortigate devices, only the IPO500,

but I can tell to they disable this function,
