SCN Required?

Can someone tell me if the twinning feature enabled in the 4.1 release of the firmware requires an SCN?

We have 6 sites connected via WAN and have the SCN turned off. Instead we are using the QSIG networking between sites.

I need to implement the twinning for some management personnel who have offices at two locations and want to have only one contact number without any action on their part.

Two thing you can do

Enable SCN and twin
Or get mobile twinning licenses and use an external number to twin
