SCN Problem

I have a SOE with 3.2.54 software connecting to a 406v2 with 3.2.53 software. The problem I am having is when station to station calling I have a one way talk path. The SOE uses the 406v2 PRI for outgoing calls and there is no problem hearing on the calls. I also use centralized voicemail and have no problem changing the recordings. I have tried changing the Voip line settings with no change. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

is mediapath enabled or disabled
is faststart enabled ?
did you set a compression mode ?
