I have 2 IP offices 500 V2 with 6.1.12 software. I have them in a SCN over the customers VPN the H323 line is up the SCN is up and I can 4 digit dial between the 2 systems.
But when I open Manager to Select IP Office I get the yellow triangle next to the SCN with the message “This SCN has some non-discoverable IP Office Systems”
What did I miss? Why can’t I see both systems in Manager?
I could not find any help in the knowledge base or the FAQ

1.Select File | Preferences.
2. Select the Discovery tab.
3. Select the SCN Discovery option.
4. Check that the other discovery setting are sufficient to discover all the systems in the SCN.
5.Click OK.

Thanks SupportDude. I did all that already. But I think I'm figuring it out. I need to build another IP route.

You can use:

0.0.0.0
0.0.0.0
gateway ipaddress

This way everything will be send to the gateway if there is no better match.

BAZINGA!
