Hello I have 2 IPO linked with SCN enabled both on version 7.0 (12). Both sites have 9620's. The fault I have is when an external call comes into either site and they transfer to the other site the call is cut off after a few seconds. The call still remains at at the person who answered the call so they can keep trying until the call goes through. The fault is intermittent, the link is good I have no QOS issues or errors.
I know this is likely to be network issues and another factor is they have Sonicwall routers at both sites, i'm struggling to prove the fault as a network problem, as the IT dept who look after network are saying the firewall is open and they have seen no packet loss between sites.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
