Hi, I know that Avaya says that SCN only works between 1 mainrelease (up/down) but has anyone tried it? I have a customer with 7 offices around the world that uses "small office" R4.2. Here in Norway they have IPO V2 R6. I'm hoping that some features may work between the locations...

I have tried it in the past and it seems to work but as you say not supported by Avaya. Remember the SCN feature set reverts to the lowest software level in this case 4.2
