SCN Auto intercom issue

I have two IPO (406V2 and SOE) connected via fiber through two cisco switches on a flat network. I have a report of when doing an auto intercom between the two systems the call will get dropped around a minute and a half. When calling extensions accross the scn it works fine and everything else seems to be fine.

Any ideas?

90 seconds?
Sounds like a gatekeeper keepalive packets problem. Another problem may be that the line does not receive a "connect" message from the remote end and drops the line after 90 seconds.
In both cases i would suspect it to be a software bug.
