All sites are 6.0.18 ipo 500 v2
Main Centralized vm site has:
20 vm ports
20 licensed networking channels

Remote site has:
Distributed vm
8 licensed networking channels

In system status for remote site it reports 4 vm ports available.
Am I really limited to only 4 vm ports?
Where are the 4 vm ports being set from, the remote systems sd card?
How do I get more vm ports on remote system?

You would have purchased, or should have purchased, a "Preferred Edition" license for the remote if you are doing "Distributed Voicemail" which is a Voicemail Pro server at each location. The Preferred Edition license comes with 4 ports for the local site.

If you are doing "Centralized" voicemail where you have a Voicemail Pro server only at the main location then you are limited by a) the number of voice networking licenses, b) the number of VCM channels and c) the number of Voicemail ports at the main location.
