Scheduling Station Reconcile and Retrieve in TM

We recently upgraded from OTM to TM 3.1, and the web based scheduler will not let you pick a day of the week for reconcile and retrieve tasks as we could with OTM (it does let you pick day of the month, but we retreive all sites weeekly) .
Has anyone found a way around this? Another case of newer doesn't appear to be better....

Under Retrieve Telephones and Reconcile TNs there is a drop down where your options are Once, Hourly, Daily, Weekly or Monthly. If you pick a date that is a "Wednesday" it should retrieve every "Wednesday". Is that what your needing?

Thats the way we started off, but after looking at the retrieve logs 2 mos later, both the day of week, and the times, have skewed. For example, a 4 am retreive was happening at 3pm, weds retrieve next date was on a Friday.
I think whats happening is that TM schedules the next retrieve for one week later from the completion of the task, rather than the beginning time of the task. A 1600 station site takes a while, and after a few occurences of this, it's way off..
Guess I need to suggest a product improvement for a day of the week slider, just like they have for day of the month....
Any I adjusted the times again today, and will watch the logs carefully

When you frist click on "retrieve" is the Time showing the current time or a time in the future? We have a computer in our office that automatically changes to 8 hours later than the current time.

I'd change the time zone of that computer
