Scheduling print jobs

Hi all,

I'm on the lookout for a vbscript which will schedule print jobs.

This is the scenario: We have a networked HP Printer. On our Windows 2000 server (SP4) we have a standard TCP/IP port printing to the device which is shared out to our Windows 2000/XP clients (SP4 and SP2 respetively).

We have a number of employees who print to this device from a remote office over the weekend which works fine. The problem is that sometime we'll come into the office on Monday morning to find the printer trays all jammed or paper cassettes out of paper. What we would like to do is to keep allowing people from the remote location to print to the device but have some sort of scheduling scheme enabled whereby the printing will start at say 8 O'Clock on Monday morning. That way - if the printer runs out of paper or we have a paper jam then we can rectify the problem very easily as we'll be onsite. At the moment we're spending most of Monday going through the printer and locating paper jams or refilling the cassettes.

So then, carry on allowing to print to the device over the weekend but the jobs are stored in the print queue on the server and released at 8 O'Clock Monday morning.

Thanks for reading. Any help would be very much appreciated.
