I am running Outlook 2000, so not sure if this falls into the scope of this forum.

Basically I have a standard email I want to send out on 5th of every month. At present I have to remember to do this each month. Is it possible to set up a rule which will do this automatically instead?

I've never used a rule to do this and don't know if it's possible.

But in the past I've used a freeware utility called smtpsend.exe (search for it on goggle) in conjunction with AT (or you could also use task scheduler) to perform a similar task.

I believe the E2K Reskit also has a utility called mapisend.exe that you could use to schedule if your system is running Outlook.
